Damn! Went to buy size 12, but was told (after adding it to cart) that that size was sold out.

My only hope is this isn't like the great RLPL "'sale" a few years back, where people ended up with made in chine shoes.

Screw it, for $69 shipped I got the Stanton in size 13. I normally wear a 12, and if they're too big, I'm sure I could off-load them here or on eBay.

Assuming they don't ship the wrong shoes, these are attractive enough to earn the price back on eBay pretty easily, regardless of where they're made.

Just missed the $79 balmorals, but grabbed the Stanton in 10 and 10.5. I'll keep the one that fits best and sell the other.

If so, someone should take a picture of them while flipping them off...

Damn - tried to check out as quick as I could to avoid having the remaining pair getting bought out of my cart. I guess I ended up with the "Made in Italy" script shoes and not the English made ones as I had thought and hoped (I was going to buy one of each). Oh well. Still, somehow I got free shipping.

I just completed an order for those in size 12. So, I got the blamoral and the Stanton. One in 12, the other in 13. Hopefully they fit, otherwise I'll be sure to offer them up to a good home. And hopefully Yoox doesn't screw up the orders.

I got the 69 dollar shoe. Don't know how good it will be but if its half decent, would make an excellent recessionary shoe. Couldn't get in on the captoe at $79 as I was searching for an online code.

I scored the 12s. I've read they they run a little small, so maybe the 13s will be ok for you. I really wanted the made in England ones. For 69 I'm happy though. PS thank you chem for the tip
