Obviously this technology is in its infancy, but holy crap......this is amazing. Can't wait to see something practical like this hit the market in 10 years.

The jaw dropping stuff comes at the 5:45 mark.

Ok I watched the video. Pretty cool. My software development team playing around with some augmented reality systems right now. There are also some augmented reality demos online that use your laptop camera and printable glyphs to "project" 3-d objects onto real-time video. You can also check out the Layar AR browser for Android phones.

Seeing stuff like this makes me wish my parents had lived into their olden years; they would've been wildly amazed at what the last 25 years have produced! This is way cool stuff to an old fart like me.
