Any chance you can elaborate? If this is an SF-wide solution, you'll be making a lot of people here pretty happy.

I just read all eight pages of this thread in one sitting. It feels kinda like the time that SWMBO and I watched the entire first season of "24" on DVD in one day! Every time we came to the end of one of the hours, we couldn't wait to move on to the next. This was almost like watching someone grow up before your eyes in stop motion only without Jack Bauer screaming about it.

Good stuff!

You can change the number of posts per page so that the monumental threads are easier to read.
  • Go to your User Control Panel by clicking on "User CP" in the toolbar towards the top left of your screen.
  • On the left side under "Control Panel/Settings & Options", click on "Edit Options".
  • Scroll down to the third heading labeled "Thread Display Options "
  • Find "Number of Posts to Show Per Page" and click on the drop down box.
  • Select the number of posts per page that works best for you.
Most modern computers/connections should easily handle 40 posts per page. This really cleans things up so that it's easier to go back and find a previous post, etc. Now back to the thread...literally!

I just did the same thing. NOBD "” thanks for taking the time to post all this, and for finding such a talented girlfriend. This was quite a pleasure to read.

Well, thank you. But don't forget the hundreds of useless posts I've spread around the forum.

No worries; we won't.

Very nice (and probably well deserved) post from Louis XIV though.
