First of all make sure to go to a real tailor, not some guy who does alterations while selling mobile phones and Turkish rugs as well.
My tailor is a woman who learned the business, she does alterations as well as real tailor jobs like custom suits /dresses.
Never had an issue with her work, without telling she always knows what to do. Only info she needs is wether I want to wear the pants with or without cuffing. Always the perfect length, always satisfied.

She refuses to cut off material from unwashed jeans, because of the expected shrinkage after washing them. I think that's smart.

Best sum up I have heard on any of the Raw threads on here.  

 

They're just jeans.  

 

 

So many people get so caught up about fades and worry and all this they never just WEAR them - then they ask why others fades are so good.  Most of the fades on here I see that get good compliments are simply guys who wore the hell out of their jeans same as any.  
 

PS Buffalo, they look rad.

Any got any suggestions on how to treat ketchup stains. Got a little tipsy yesterday and spilled a bit of ketchup on my denim. I rinsed it with a little water. Not sure how else to treat it.

^ I usually wipe as much as I can with a wet paper towel or something. Let the rest dry and then I just scratch the rest off with ma nails. Kinda ghetto but it seems to get the job done

Hi all, I'm looking at ordering a pair today but I can't quite understand what waist to get. I've measured myself and im 32 but I know raw denim is bigger. Do i get a 31 or 30???????

 

Also.....I can't decide on the tapered or the straight?!!?! advice?

Its not that its bigger but more that itll stretch to ur desired waist. The tapered fit great for me. its not a true tapered cut but more like a slim straight. go with the 31 that should be fine
