Those are awesome. Makes me interested in some raw chinos now. Good stuff @Black Cherry

Thanks. It's a stretch to call them chinos though because they're 5-pocket jeans.. And they feel heavier than any chino I've worn.

Also I'd like to point out that they have a kind-of olive tint to them, as opposed to the normal khaki color and the fullbright pictures of them online. It's noticeable in person, and I quite like it.

The only thing I don't like about them is that the back pockets hang low on the ass and look kind of dumpy.. But that's true of most jeans anyway, certainly of the classic straight-leg cuts.

My UB 221, roughly 2 years old... this pair is still good and can survive for 2-5 years, no crotch blow outs or any stuff like that. I work as a field supervisor and travel a lot. so I end up with muddy dirt on my pants at least once a month and have to wash them frequently. but this piece proved to be really good as a protection from various (windy, snowy, rainy) weather conditions, but... I got some extra weight and going to retire them soon. Now I can't button a couple of upper buttons with an inch between the button (already moved the upper button to the edge after the original one popped out) and the loop...
