windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit upgrade

i still have this since my friend who i was going to give it to doesn't want it anymore... its the w7 ultimate upgrade for 32-bit. Perhaps looking for a trade. hit me if interested =)

Can you upgrade a 64 bit vista ultimate to this? If so, count me in.

No. You'll need to install at 64-bit version of Windows 7. I think you may be able to do this with the same license key, but I'm not sure.

I don't see any illegal suggestions. Microsoft has said in the past it's okay to install a 64-bit version with a 32-bit key. It even activates properly.

That's good that it's fixed. It didn't work with Windows Vista.
