SO... the I'm going to predict that France will win 1-0, the goal will come early... based on the "bogus opinions of my Playstation 2"

Well, it's the 8th minute and so far your Playstation is right on target.

The dirty play by the italians needs to stop. The shame is that they are individually talented enough to not need to goon it up.

France is now retaliating and it's starting to mar a good game.

italy goal...damn [01:19] Tokyo Slim: my ps2 is Japanese... it doesn't understand these European sports

What a ridiculous sport. The ref decides the game in the first five minutes. The Italian players didn't even touch that guy. Whatever.

Hmm.. Guess I can watch again now, back to even.

The US commentators just mentioned that Zidane is 6'1"...

I always thought he was taller than that because he basically towers over most of the people he's marking. I'm taller than he is, plus I have much more hair.

Ugh, I wish I had Univision. Now the inane commentating that is driving me nuts is the assumption that every time someone falls they are looking for a foul. Sometimes players just fall. They know it, we know it, no biggie. But Balboa and O'Brien everytime someone falls: "He's looking for a call but he's not going to get it. The ref knows he's diving and he's not falling for it." Blah blah blah. SHUT UP. Argh.

Well you have Italy and Portugal to thank for forever tainting the US opinion of international futbol.

Why are you not including France in that?Henry has cheated twice and both times it has led directly to a goal.No other team has profited in such a way.

The semi wasn't that bad. This one was more obviously a dive.

Of course, the referee since then has let the Italians freely foul the French, so it's all even. Not to mention the guy who scored the Italian goal fouled the French defender marking him.
