I planned on only getting one pair of shoes, but after a week of looking I think I may end up buying two. Sales will be starting from Thanksgiving to Christmas so it makes sense to do all my buying now rather than buy just one and probably end up buying a second pair next year full price. 33% off from two shoes is almost buy one get one free.

I don't own many higher quality shoes, or as many as some within this thread, but i can comfortably say that the pair of AE park avenues i bought fit me like a glove. I'm through with the days of heel abrasions as a result of "breaking-in". It's important to stock a healthy rotation of shoes because everyday wear, without proper up-keep, will ruin anything you buy/wear. I'd like to consider myself perpetually on the hunt for everday shoes.

I have read this in many threads. How long can you wear a shoe before it must be put in a shoe tree? One day? One week? And how long does the shoe need to stay in the shoe tree before it can be worn again?

I've always heard/read one day than put a shoe tree in and give them a break for a day. I don't actually own any nice shoes to know first hand yet lol
