Lacostes in the US used to have them, both the original French shirts and the early Peruvian ones. I'm wearing a yellow Peruvian Lacoste polo with MOP buttons right now. Later Peruvian ones and the current Chinese ones have petrochemical buttons, though. (I can't tell a difference between late Peruvian and new Chinese Lacoste construction; they're both unwearable garbage compared to French and early Peruvian shirts.) RLPL does, or at least the one I bought at a thrift store recently does. So do the insanely expensive but utterly perfect Comme des Garcons/Fred Perry polos. I've also owned some Polo mainline shirts with MOP buttons, though they're rare.
