Looks like some decent stuff at decent prices. That cotton peacoat would be worth a try.

Whoa, it looks like Lands' End is doing its best J.Crew impersonation.

Given that Lands' End's quality far exceeds J.Crew's at a lower price point, this could be a big win.

some sizing info:

Dear Karim,

Thank you for your message to Lands' End regarding our Canvas products.

The Oxford Shirt in a Size Small is recommended for a body chest measuring 35-37 but with a garment chest measuring 42 1/2. The garment has a body length of 29 1/2, a garment waist measurement of 39 1/2 and a sleeve length of 33 3/4. The Medium is recommended for a body chest measuring 38-40 with a garment chest measuring 45 1/2. The body length is 30, the waist is 42 1/2 and the sleeve is 34 3/4. The same measurements are found in the Chambray Shirt.

Unfortunately, we are not able to give you the leg width for the bottom opening of the Chino Pants. Our Product Room has not received this garment yet.

If we may be of further assistance, please let us know. Welcome to our new Canvas line!

Sincerely,

Judy S.

Sizing seems a little whack?

Haha, I love getting a million J.Crew emails advertising free shipping, it's a huge deal.

This looks like it could be Lands' response to Bean's upcoming line by Alex Carleton. In my mind, they have similar customer bases. Unfortunately, the sizing doesn't seem very slim.

Interestingly enough, the Allen Edmonds MacNeil and Leeds are available for $325 from LE Canvas in Brown Leather. I'm not sure if this is a mislabeled burgundy, but it really does look like a dark brown.

I'm pretty sure Brown Leather is not a standard material for these two models, so it would normally cost $425 to get a brown leather MacNeil or Leeds as a special makeup ($325 regular price plus $100 makeup charge).

This has not been my experience at all, and the sizing looks terrible.

Damn you SF... just made a few purchases. With free ship and easy returns, I got one of each of their heritage shirts just to take a look.

Poplin - River Gingham (been looking for a light faded blue gingham. The Jcrew one is backorded until 12/7)
Chambray - White (as mentioned the blue stripe is awesome)
OCBD - Gray stripe
