I have ordered multiple products and have returned multiple products as well. One shirt had a hole on the sleeve but either way when they are on sale and free to ship this is worth the risk. All you have to do is return them at sears if they don't work out. I would say the quality control and the quality is mediocre but at the price and with all the sales I have no problem with this.

Their return policy states that it has to go back to a Sears that carries Land's End Canvas though, and depending on where you those are few and far between.

I just returned an order last week to a Sears that didn't carry Land's End just like I did last year with no issues. Is this a new policy?

I have not had a problem returning to a Sears that has LE but no LEC, ymmv.
If worse came to worst there's a Sears with LEC about 25 mins away.
1. Return Internet or catalog orders at a Sears store.
Just follow these guidelines
Bring the Lands' End Canvas items you wish to return to any full line Sears® store where Lands' End merchandise is sold.
Make sure to bring the original packing slip for the items you wish to return.
You will receive a return confirmation from Sears. Lands' End will then issue a credit in the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is no longer valid, the payment was made with points or vouchers from a rewards program, or if the order was a gift, you'll be issued a Lands' End gift card instead.
Thanks a lot. I just picked one up with the 25% code. Figured I can't go wrong at $100 for an everyday knockaround bag.
Just got the bag. Really happy with it so far. The internal and external pockets are great for organizing all the crap I carry with me, and the laptop sleeve is awesome. Also the expedition green color is better than I expected from the photos. I'd been using the same Cordura messenger bag for 10+ years... it was time for an upgrade.
You could say that, although I did not size down. Even if I had the fabric is pretty bland and there's a weird button detail on the sleeves I'm not really feeling at all.
I did like that the fabric is reversed so it's inside out and the exterior is kind of the faded side of the shirt.
Do you think they keep track of all your returns?
I feel a little guilty returning like 50% of my orders each time.
It's just that the sizing is different for every item!
I've returned far more than 50%. I've also pretty much stopped buying from them based on my experience with their stuff. Only thing I usually end up keeping are the t-shirts.
I purchased a pair of their Crosby Moc boots. They're my first pair of "real" boots, and thought, cant hurt for $35.
How are sizing for boots supposed to be? It feels fairly snug around the fore foot, but I can't really size up because there's a good inch from my toe and the front of the boots.
Would 1 inch in front of the longest toe be too much?
