AHS - can you comment on the fit of the canvas sneakers... I've been seriously considering ordering some. I normally take a 10.5 and was assuming an 11 would be best.

I usually wear an 11 C or 11-1/2 B with dress shoes and ordered the sneakers in 11. (They don't have half sizes.) Fit is fine. 12 would have been too big for me.

BTW -- the sneakers are now discounted to $16.99.

Yea, I see they've gone down from yesterday! too good to be true... I just spent $60 total (thanks for the JAN14 code^^) and got a $15 RED CHAMBRAY WORK SHIRT , the sneakers, a v-neck tee, and cord knee shorts.

Ahh.. Ordered yesterday... wish I got the Chambray!
If you do return to the store, do they refund tax and shipping?

I had trouble with the JAN14 giving the 25% off on top of the free shipping. I found another code THINKWARM PIN:3326 that gives 25% (or 20% forgot) off sale and clearance items and free shipping. Ordered the corps jacket, crew sweater and a poplin shirt for $58 with tax shipped

Hey guys you should definatley double check that these codes are giving you the 20-25% off AND free shipping. I just realized that the $60 order I placed did not take off the percentage too (only got free shipping on top of the sale). It was the JAN14 code. I do remember reading the description of the discount when placing the order and it mentioned both. So I called a LE rep just now and was told that it excluded Canvas items, she was adament about it, said it was in the small print. Still the stuff was so cheap I didn't squawk too much.

I used a code JAN7 about a little over a week ago (1.5) and yet to receive any confirmation aside from my order is processed. No shipping, nothing. And now all these promotions are happening some more with 25% + free shipping? I got my for 20%+shipping fortunately but the items not shipped yet is Sent an email and will see how the respond

I received three items today: a cotton and cashmere turtleneck, canvas sneakers, and the silk and wool solid tie. Total cost was about $55 (after I called over the weekend and asked if they could honor the additional 20% as the items were still on their way to me.) Really good value for the price. Especially the turtleneck.... I'll be ordering again.

I'm 5'10", 145, and wear a 38 jacket. I usually wear a S or M and decided to order a S. Fit is perfect.

So my next order came in, and my review is as follows.

Down Puffer Jacket: Excellent. Great fit, feels warm (I haven't tested it yet although I should seeing as it is -30 with the windchill outside at the moment) and the fleece cuffs and pockets are a nice touch and functional. I find some down jackets have an unlined cuff which allows snow and cold air in, the fleece cuffs on this jacket block anything from entering.

Cotton/Wool V Neck Sweater: Good fit and feels soft and warm (and light). A great buy at the current sale price, I have two of the cotton-wool crewneck sweaters coming soon.

I've returned most of the things I purchased from LEC with a few exceptions. I just can't get into the fit of their shirts (which sucks because they're decently made and super-cheap). I'm pretty much resigned to getting shirts from somewhere else, but for sweaters and accessories LEC is a good buy, especially during sales.

I put an order through earlier today for a navy puffer vest along with wool and knit ties from LEC. Just curious, did you buy the puffer vest from LE or LEC? and which colour?

ordered the red chambray shirt and the double breasted sweater coat (navy) yesterday. came out to like $68 with the winter sale and the free shipping. wahoo!

The JAN14 code didn't work for canvas sale items though. I guess it's exclusive for main line sale items.

Puffer jacket, not vest, from LEC. I got it in navy.

how's the t-shirt quality compared to American Apparel? Or even Gap/BR? Very tempted to get a couple.
