Cholula's pretty good I guess. I usually just add cayenne pepper to foods unless the extra moisture from a sauce works better (within emulsions and such).

Sriracha, Cholula, or some of the Iguana hot sauce varieties. Dave's, Franks Red Hot, and Tobasco all suck (although Tobasco's chipotle can pass in a pinch).

Dave's Insanity Sauce is ridiculously hot, virtually inedible. I enjoy Tennessee Sunshine Habenero as well as Louisiana Lightning.

I only eat cholula on eggs. I don't know why. I don't like it that much, but it tastes better w/ eggs to me than Sriracha does.

rooster sauce and Tabasco. Completely different sauces IMO, both have their relevant uses.
