Kiss of Death... Cage + David Caruso. Overacting at it's finest.

I can't believe Nicholas Cage has made it this long in the industry. He is just such a horrible, horrible actor. And the flops keep coming. I mean who really thinks to themselves, let's get Nicholas Cage, he would be a perfect fit! I suppose if the film is doomed to begin with, the choice is natural.

I admit "The Rock" was a decent film, but that was mostly due to Sean Connery and the fact it was set in San Francisco. John Cusack seems to be another actor along these lines.

I liked it. Not as a serious movie, but as entertainment. Then again, I always fall in love wit conspiracy theory/secret society based movies, regardless of how factually incorrect they may be (no dan brown). NT 2 sucked ass.

Cage is decent actor IMO. His problem is that he never sees a script he doesn't like. For the right price.

Is this in any way related to the first Bad Lieutenant? And how did it go from a ****** low budget Abel Ferrara film to being directed by Werner Herzog and relocated to New Orleans?

Great movie. Who DOESN'T want to hire the tire salesman who watches CNBC?
