I agree with this, but I think this mainly arises from the porous map designs. Whereas, in MW1, the maps tended to be roughly "O" shaped, with teams clashing at either end, the maps in MW2 are very open, meaning that no real "lines" can develope. It is almost impossible to hold down an area simply due to the fact that security is impossible.
