i'm sure the cleverlys are going to be very nice, but i've got to wonder how many of us are assuming/imagining rather than speaking from experience. after all, it's a blurry cell phone photo.

nice! i have the simular idea too, either a plain black cap toe and a quarter brogue in dark oak or suede. also i think i will change the toe shape a little same side profile but just a slight rounder toe profile!

Nice shoes - and strangely enough the Chambord looks great on this round last. Just in contrast to EG's Dover, which I pretty much prefer on a chiselled last.

Both JL (and EG) loafers are a little loose on my heels, but I think many look great.
