I would recommend rubbing them with acetone and then sticking them in the freezer for a while.

TD,

How do those Santonis feel? Last time I had some, the sole felt too thin. I installed some Topy before using them. They felt much better with Topy.

They've received the most compliments of any shoes I have and the last is as close to perfect for my foot as I've come.
