Not sure if this is the place to ask. But I'd like the experts' ideas - which fine shoes do you wear in the rain? I'm thinking of some Crockett & Jones brown Conistons or maybe a pair of Alden Indy boots that I will allow to turn into beaters. Any suggestions?
Vass, Vass, and Corthay respectively, I believe. I actually responded first - there was lag in the universe which only affected me, hence Rimby's showing up before mine.
My better half thinks they're gross. "Too busy." She and my mother constantly complain about my broguing. They like simpler designs. This side-gusset pair is their worst nightmare.
Same here. My fiancee likes my plain shoes only. She also dislike monkstrap shoes. I am not much of a heavy brouging fan myself, but some tastefully done can be appealing.
