Long Term Parking at Airports - Page 2

Use a private off-airport lot, as others have mentioned. I'm not sure of the ones at Oakland - it's been a while since I lived there - but there is this thing called the Internet and you'd be shocked at what a search would get for you. There's this new site called google and they have the awesomest search engine. When you park, be sure to park inside the lines of the parking spot. It's a little trick I learned from Thomas Keller. It's called parking Keller's Way.

There's the little sonoma county airport, but I didn't find a flight out of here. The only one I found took me from here to Oakland to get on the flight I'm currently on, but cost me $100 more. It's definitely the boonies up here.

INDUBITABLY OLE CHAP! I shall try this way, and profess Keller a genius (if it works).

I prefer the Keller way to the other masters: The Ina Garten way - get out and have two gay guys park for you The Paula Dean way - coat the car in butter and attempt to slide it into the smallest space possible The Emeril way - as soon as you get to within 5 feet of the space, jam the gas and crash into the nearest car. Yell BAM! repeatedly. The Anthony Bourdain way - smoke a pack of cigarettes while sitting in idle just outside of the space. Park once you've ruminated on your current situation in a witty manner.

This was too good.
