Eh, I am looking as cheap as can be. Microcenter had some 60gb drives (nothing lives on the netbook so it doesn't matter) for $20 after rebate but their website was broken and I couldn't order one before they sold out.

A Lenovo P700i ICS Android 4.0 dual-SIM phone from China Mobile.

Broke the screen on my Samsung Galaxy S, new screen too expensive, so a new phone it is.

Actually it is good, I'm very happy with it so far. It's a 4inch screen Android ICS 4.0 phone with dual-core CPU. Feels very solid and well constructed, better than the Galaxy S I had. Very smooth and responsive, not laggy. Battery life is really good for an Android smart-phone, 2 whole days without charging. Has a 2500mA/h battery as standard. The Galaxy S with its 1500mA/h battery, could only manage one day without charging it. It's only got 4GB internal storage, but that's not a problem as I've put a 32GB micro-SD card in it.

Lenovo is a reputable manufacturer, it's just that they don't normally do cellphones outside of China, and the P700i is officially only sold in China. That's why it's dual-SIM rather than single.

BTW it was the screen itself that broke on the Galaxy, and not just the glass, had great big crack in it. Don't quite know how it happened, it was in my pocket, pulled it out and noticed that the screen was busted. I didn't drop it or anything. A quote for repair was more than what the Lenovo cost, so definitely not worth it.

Screenshot of the main home-screen.

...like any other Android there's multiple home screens, where you can add apps and widgets as you like.

I didn't really want to the pay the premium for another Samsung, like a Galaxy S2 or 3. As they're like 2-3 times more expensive here than Chinese makes. Also this phone seems to be better designed for life here, like extended capacity battery as standard, very useful on long train and bus journeys, and the dual-SIM saves having to carry two phones around when staying in another province.

I understand, that with the Dual-sim is so awesome on chinese phones. Would be great to have that at work. Since I have 2 iPhones with diffrent numbers one for work and one private. Then again I didn't pay for the iPhone at work :D

The question is, would you prefer a four year old Connemara or a 12 year old Connemara?

Anyway, I don't know anything about horses, but Henry looks nice, Artisan!
