Are you buying "crack houses?"

BTW I'm not factoring in potential appreciation/depreciation. I'm looking at cash flow. And most of my purchases are apartment buildings rather than homes.

All of the homes are in a low priced area with an amazing renters market. They aren't as bad as crack houses, but any rental property has the distinct possibility

Yes, I know. One building I own is billed as "luxury rentals" by the management firm's advertisers ... but still ... and the damage/costs were quite high.

My other half got one of those about 4 months ago and it has worked quite well. The Breville does seem a lot nicer than all the other convection ovens in that class.

Have you bought 5 different apartments? We are looking into purchasing a couple even though the return on investment is worse, they would be much easier.
