Funny, that's exactly what I'm upgrading from (and a 6800GT). It lasted me almost 4 years, which is longer than any setup I've had before it, but the time has come. Glad to hear it, I spent a lot of time looking at motherboards between $100-200 just to find that the Gigabyte met all my needs for a mere $90.
