What are some great places to have alterations made? I'm more interested in altering casual wear (cords, khakis, flannel shirts, etc.), but feel free to recommend tailors for suits and denim.

Who's the best at taking in waists and fitting pants around the hip? I don't care if they're mean, late, or expensive. I just want to find someone whose alterations are undetectable. Even better if they specialize in menswear.

15 for tapering a shirt, I think it was 12 for sleeve shortening, 8 for a trouser hem. I'm very satisfied with all of the work he has done for me.

I've been using Paul at Wilshire Tailor for a few years and he does a great job, but he's more pricey that Tony seems to be. Now that I live near Pasadena, I might have to check Tony out.
