That's where the good communicator retreats and adress the issue at another time. Flight IS an appropriate strategy in some situations, and from what I gather this was one of those.

As for GQ being in trouble, I'd see how it goes but it could turn out to be, at worst, only mildly problematic.

Nothing happened. News of the event never made it to anyone that mattered besides the one guy that already doesn't like me. He likes me even less now, but it really doesn't matter b/c for a whole number of reasons, my time there is coming to an end.
