no alcohol november

this is more appropriate than SLFD

due to forces beyond my control, i will not be consuming any alcohol for about one month, ending december 18th. pretty sure i will fail this weekend lol. i dont think i have gone without for more than a week straight since i was 19. im 21 now and have been at it hard this whole semester.

anyone wanna jump on the wagon with me?

21 days to break a habit. 3 weeks without drinking and then it's gravy. I drink less than 10 times a year MAX. It's not that hard if your priorities are in line.

I'm in college and live in a frat house house (although I'm not in the fraternity). I'm an athletic training major and care more about that along with working out than getting drunk. Talk about temptation EVERY weekend though.

It's ALL in your mind....

how long does it take to break a lifestyle? lol but seriously i really am quite self-aware and like to think that i know when things get out of hand. im not there yet but this experiment may change that perspective

It's funny all my friends and myself decided to take November off, and the more I talk to people, the more I realize we're not the only ones. I wonder... why november?
