Vest measures 40 armpit to armpit, laid flat.

Is there the faintest chance that someone could point me in the right direction to acquire this in 42R?

I have been so frustrated that recently sounded out a tailor to have one made, or could that be the better option?

Is the 38S Polo II model fully lined? Would you consider it an all season sport coat? I'm in California so I don't need anything too heavy/warm. Lastly is the length measurement from the bottom of collar?
