OK guys, I'm working with someone to possibly develop our own 7-fold tie, but it seems I would have to order 50 of just one color/style. I'm thinking of a solid but honestly don't want to do 50, but if that's what i gotta do, then that's what i gotta do. What solid color are you most likely to buy? I wanted some experienced answers, and not just guess "uuuuh, i'll dooooooooo GOLD!" any guidance? If i get them at the price I'm hoping, they'd be around $79-85. thanks

hmmmm... any weave or texture? Silk? Wool?

I'd probably say navy... it's the solid color I don't own atm and probably covet most. Probably the most common I see in WAYWN as well. Wool would be great. EDIT: you said 7 fold so silk I guess.

Definitely dark blue. Second would be burgundy.

A dark mustard. One that's rarely seen, but is a great piece.

People can get a navy or burgundy tie anywhere.

Navy, charcoal, dark gray, black, and burgundy. I have them in each of these colors.

I'd tend towards burgundy first, navy second.

Fifty? No tiemaker I know insists on more than a dozen. Several will weave silk for you for as few as four ties.

You mean that you can ask for your own design tie and have it produced just 4 of them?

Sound so good that I must have it understood badly.

I vote for navy as well, especially one with a nice texture!
