BUT, I think the "fat dumb f*ckface" angle about gets it. I think it's because he's ugly and looks like the annoying kid in elementary school who all the bullies beat up because he was a fat dumb f*ckface with a big mouth. The one that years later you felt bad for not defending, but deep in your heart felt like he was a fat, dumb f*ckface who deserved it.

He's really an unattractive, douchey looking man. It makes it easy to hate him. Sort like that guy who sat next to Hannity. The frog looking one. I have no idea what he stood for, but man, I hated that guy.

It's true. It's like Barney Rubble and the Pilbury Dough Boy had a baby, taunted it mercilessly about its political views as it grew up, and it turned out to be one of the biggest douche bags on TV.
