I have straight hair. No matter what I do, it always manages to straighten out.
I find it very easy to style my hair with almost anything, but no matter how much I use 20 minutes later my hair straightens out and never looks nearly as good as it did when i stopped styling. I've tried just using very little for it wont "weigh" down my hair, but then i cant get my hair to style how i want it to in the first place.
I guess I have a short spikey/fohawk type style. that's the best I can explain it, its mainly a fohawk but i'm not too crazy about the "tip" in the middle. more of a messy fohawk. what i don't like is that my hair always straightens out and looks like strands are pointing straight up and straight to the side and just doesn't look good.
I've been using American Crew Fiber, I like the texture, I like the look, but it doesn't hold. I haven't tried too many other products but I was under the impression fiber was one of the strongest.
I'm starting to think I need to style my hair with w/e and just cover it with hairspray when I'm done but I'd rather avoid the sticky and probability of getting the spray everywhere.
I just feel like I'm missing something, I really appreciate feedback, so thank you in advance!
