What should I/shouldn't I be eating?

This is what I want to do: lose about 10 lbs. What is a good way to do this, aside from cutting out sweets, Panera/Five Guys/other fast food? I am starting my exercise routine again so i think that will also make a difference. Should I be looking to really cut down on carbs, or just maintaining an overall calorie balance?

cut our grains (bread, pasta, etc) and cow's milk diary. goat's milk diary is closest to mother's milk. low glycemic carbs like fruits and vegetables good fats like avacados, almonds/walnuts/cashews. cod liver oil half your body weight in ounces of purified water a day

For 10 pounds, overall balance should be fine.

Reduce the amount of red meat, refined carbs, soda, alcohol you're consuming, and up the veggies (particularly green ones) and chicken you're eating.

Chicken and veggies for lunch and dinner, rolled oats, egg white omelet and some fruit for breakfast ought to do it, though, depending on your body type, smallish changes ought to get you to your goal.

Read this very carefully:

What you WANT and what you are WILLING to do are two completely different things. To make sure you can begin to actually attain your goals try this for two weeks: abstain from alcohol and junk food. If you are able to abstain from both items for two weeks, then and only then come back and I (and hopefully others) will help you out.

If you are unable to abstain for the allotted time, you are not serious in achieving your goals and any advice that I or others post would be a waste of time and effort.

Or, you could go back and read one of the other threads you've started like this. You seem to start one each quarter, so it shouldn't be hard to find.

Which is why I'm unwilling to give him any advice, its a waste of time. I mean just today he posted:

I have to agree: fish is a great source of protein, while being low in fat and containing Omega-3.

Just stop eating, when you feel like you are about to pass out, let it happen.
