Sorry to hear some of the bad reports from Tom James history. I work for the company in the London office and am happy to answer any questions openly and honestly as best I can. Service should be paramount as we are not tailors who visit but advisers that should be trained well enough to be able to measure very well and be knowledgable in fit, style and issues that arise form tailored clothes day to day.
We are a large company and do one of the best services I think imaginable from my end of things but know we can improve on the results sent here. If anything further can be given over to me would happily pass on as bad service is unforgivable. Bad tailoring, well we are human and mistakes will happen but should not majorly if we are training correctly.
This is not however to say we advertise ourselves as or in the same breath as cutters and bespoke tailors as we admire the quality and fit of any reputable establishments. But we do aim to be the best visiting service in the world and hope we can get better every year so that our quality and service match the very best in the business.
