I've been a pack a day smoker for over 15 years now, and failing miserably trying to quit the last 3 years.

Has anyone actually used one of these? I'd be really appreciative of feedback before I pull the trigger and order one.

My best friend and his wife (both pack-a-dayers) tried the e thing and are now back to smoking. Have you tried Chantix?

Yes, I used Wellbutrin and quit for 3 years. Chantix helped me quit for about 1 year. I just keep going back to them when stressed at work.

well if you successfully quit for that long at this point it seems like a mental crutch more than a need for it. I see those guys smoking them in the mall, never heard any reviews on them though.

Bought a decent one at a local smokeshop. They work in the sense that, if you get a strong enough nicotine cartridge, it makes a great cigarette alternative. The only problem for me was that if I was out somewhere, and the battery ran out or I didn't bring it with me, I bought a pack straight away. Basically they are great for weaning you off nicotine but do nothing to break the "habit" of smoking. (Great for smoking inside during the winter though)
