Got my shirt in! I wrote up a little review and a few pictures over at my blog. simplethreads It's an amazing shirt, takes a little getting used to though - first day wearing it was a little rough.

quotes for truth.

Im an 18 inch shoulder with a 38-39 chest so these dont seem to fit me.
I find that with a lot of slim fit clothing though.

hey law, do you find the measurements on the rt site to be fairly accurate...especially in the chest and shoulder. and did you get any shrinkage (if you washed yet)? thanks.

Work Trousers, sample, size 31. 9-10 months active use. One cold soak at ~6 months. First 3 months saw 3-4 x week wear, since then steady wear, but mixed in w/ some other pants.

I thought they'd be a bit more open to wear. Looks like you'll really have to beat them.

I suppose my mind glossed over it the first few times I looked at this jean, its a tad more trouser than 5 pocket jean. I like it, don't get me wrong... its just different to see that style of front and back pocket on a jean.

I should note that from June-Aug these got minimal wear. Work for me is in front of a computer, so they don't get beat up as much. They seamed like they were going to show wear and become really high-conrast but they've developed more steadily. Also, the cold soak softened them considerably, and really added some "nap" to the hand--you get a visible difference on the fabric surface when you run your hand one way vs. the other.

Overall, these are some of my favorite pants. Only possible complaint is I wish I had .25-.5 of an inch more room in the thigh.

Anyone have pics of a well-worn double indigo shirt?

received the dbl indigo shirt today. Amazing material, but it's too big...I'm going to soak it in hot water.

does anyone know if they're making anymore trousers? Those are hot.

Got a pair of the SK, love the fit as it's similar to Dior but since the denim is of such higher quality (heavier + stiffer) they actually mold to my body and seem to fit my body type better than any other jean so far have. If I could suggest something to RT, it would be to retake the product shots and find body types that fit the different cuts because right now they are very misleading (SK fit looks horrrrrible on the RT site).

Getting individual models would have been ideal. We were kinda pressed for time that day and had to switch off model duties. Plus, the fit model lied about his size... Ha. But yeah, a real skinny dude would be able to rock those SKs hard. Somehow I doubt Karl's in short supply of skinny hipster friends for that duty. I don't think the particular fit on that model is all that bad, though. This might be a better pic:

I saw on the site they are "out of material" for the trousers. Hope they get some more. Also do you have the measurements on the shirt? I'll be ordering a large soon and need to know if they run bigger than measurements.

I don't, but you're gonna have a hard time. There are some good Moma vendors w/ online presence though. If you search for them and check their stock, you *might* find something similar. Also, if you get in touch w/ any of them via email, and send a pic, they might be able to help you out...though that's a bit of a long shot, since they don't stand to gain from it.
