The most accurate way to describe these is plain decadent. This is the same pair of pants I sold a few weeks ago in a pinstriped charcoal. They are Saint Andrews constructed (orphaned from a suit) and are cut fairly slim and are perfect for the colder weather. They come with side tab adjusters installed or have a packet full of belt loops ready to be applied by your tailor if you prefer. I'd keep them, but I don't live in a climate where I can wear flannel regularly. Asking $200 shipped in CONUS. SOLD I Measurements are from the last pair which I believe was identical, but I will double check tonight: Waist: 32" (16" laid flat) Rise: 10.25" Thigh: 11.25" (measured from the seam at the seat to the edge of leg...not sure if this is how you do it or not) Knee: 9" Hem: 8.25"
