Have an interview tomorrow for a better role than what I'm in now. It's through a head hunter (found me on LinkedIn) but I used to do that work so I know how to play the game. I don't know the company yet but they are the same niche as my current employer but sound better established and better organized. Base comp would be a slight bump and commissions come from an existing account list so I'm looking at going from big-timer to mega-big-timer status. I am slightly under-qualified in terms of total experience but I have the niche experience and a few years of account management prior to entering this industry. It also looks like they've been looking for a while, and comp isn't high enough to attract a seasoned all-star so I think I have a decent shot.
