Is this return visit only for people that were present for the first round of fittings? If not, is there a minimum order requirement? I think I saw some rough prices listed somewhere in this thread, is there a conclusive list of prices?

Thank you for entertaining my questions. I am dreaming of taking this leap if the stars all fall into place.

Salvatore will be taking new orders for pants, as well as seeing customers who put in orders in February. However, Solito will not be taking new orders for suits, only conducting fittings.

Really? So this was a one time thing for him?

I guess I don't see the point. If he came all this way to develop new business, why not keep coming back? It's worth it to him for one raft of orders, but not for many?

I have no answer for that, but as a consumer of traveling tailors, my number two requirement is reliability of future visits.

I don't know exactly. But in my last e-mail correspondence with Salvatore, I was simply told that Solito wouldn't be taking new orders on this visit. Perhaps he will come back in the future, depending on the satisfaction of existing customers.

Consider yourself one of the elect.

This is wise. The difference between adding another name to the collection and developing a relationship is vast. I happen to like both, but if forced to choose one, the latter would be my preference.

Hate to hijack this thread but Salvatore Ambrosi is considering coming to Los Angeles if there is enough interest by others, ...so if you live in the Southern California area and are considering his services, please post here so we can convince him L.A. is also a financially viable stop

Why don't you just take the day trip to San Fran?
