JosABank is having a sale on pretty much the only thing they're good for: Cedar Shoe trees at $8.50 a pair. Made in the USA. icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

The sale's starting up in a few days, but wanted to ask your opinion on this tie:

http://www.drakes-london.com/ties/cashmere/untipped-pure-cashmere-solid-8cm-tie

I found it somewhere else for $118 on sale. Good price? Or should I wait for it to drop more?

Never said pricing was good. In fact it's pretty bad as far as (SF approved) sales go!

Will post PSA as soon as I fill up my cart. What do you guys think of Eton ties?

Don't forget, the other cedar items (hangars, belt racks, etc) are also on sale.
Lint rollers are less than $2
Shoe laces are a buck.
Shoe care kits and nail clipper kits are marked down low too (the edge dressing bottle really looks like the good AE dressing, and the clippers are all stainless which is nice)
And they have Merino Scarves marked down to $15.

Thats about all I would buy from them (none of which is made by them except for the scarf).

Does C&J still make their shoes? And is it at their handgrade level?

Would be a much more attractive deal if they didn't have their name on it smile.gif

The nameplate unscrews. You can either just leave it off or flip it over to the blank side (or for the baller option, take it to a trophy shop and get your name engraved on it)

Thanks to Stephen at Malford of London for clarifying on the quality of the shoes.

They're made to benchgrade standards, but with channeled soles.
