There's no harm in filling that online form requesting for an out-of-stock size, although calling the store directly is probably best. My experience with Paul Stuart sale items is that their online inventory is not updated to reflect actual availability. I've placed orders on two separate occasions, both seemingly available items, only to receive an email 2 days later saying the item is out of stock. I've talked to their customer service by phone and was informed that sale items are shipped directly from stores, and therefore dependent on inventory at their New York and Chicago stores. I have never had problems with regular-priced online purchases though.
