Called to reorder a pair of boots in the correct size and the SA said that most all of the high-end shoes only have single-digit remaining pairs. Scored the second-to-last pair of chukkas in my size icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

the marlow tassels in brown are one of my favorite shoes, they go with everything. i find them superior to the alden tassels, both in color and construction. the regular marlow loafers are also nice, but i don't wear them as often.

this is the cheapest price i have seen these loafers sell for in a LONG time...i picked up a 2nd pair of tassels in brown and grabbed a pair in black as well

May have to kop the marlow tassels in brown... how did you find the size? and do you find they look a little, ahem, old? Just wondering how tricky it would be for a 22 year old fella to pull them off at work.
Cheers,
Chris

Sizes online are dwindling. Anyone considering pennies or tassels may want to add to cart now, or call a local SA.

In this case its not so much the country of origin but the fact that the katahdin's are made in america by chippewa while the house-brand dominican boots are probably not made to the same standard.

Does the 40% off code stack with those reduced prices? I think my wife just got hers in the mail yesterday.

Edit: nvm, just read the rules.

Won't be tricky at all, I am 25 and have been wearing mine for 2 or 3 years now. A lot of it has to do with personal style, but I have no issue wearing them to the office or even with casual looks.

In my opinion they run about 1/4 to 1/2 a size large when broken in.

I don't know if this is new news or what, Ive refreshed the RL site so many times, but the Sandersons seem to have a new "Limited time sale" tag on them, to $315, plus the code of NOV0307.... looks like they added a new color too.

Update: the FB I went to yesterday had a few Hickey Freeman suits for 250.00. Also a few Zegna Traveler (wool/silk) for the same price. I'm guessing prices will fall further after the weekend

Not 'real' Zegna.. just some random Italian designer using Zegna cloth. I've almost made that mistake a number of times. The HF is a good deal though!
