Buy and Sell question

Scenario: You post a couple things for sale for $50 and $40 (not including shipping) in the Buy and Sell forum at 10:00PM and go to bed shortly thereafter. You wake up, go to work, come home at 6:30PM and see two PMs. The first one to arrive says "I'll take both for $70 (undercutting the asking price) and paypal you right now." The second one says I'll take both for $90 and add $10 for shipping (offering the asking price plus shipping).

What do you do:

1. Sell to the first person
2. Sell to the second person
3. Ask the person that PMed first if he will pay full price plus shipping and ask the second person to wait because he was second to PM. If the person that PMed first says yes, he will pay full price sell to him, if he says no, PM the second guy and say the merchansis is still available, are you still interested?
4. None of the above
5. Shoot the hostage

you have nothing to worry about. every seller has their own discretion. if i were you i would take the one who offered more of course.

unless, of course, you commit verbally to the first person stating you will sell to him.

Uh, you sell to the first person who meets your terms. That would be the second PM. You have no obligation whatsoever to the first e-mailer.
