Used to listen to trance, but since moving to HIT type training, it doesn't work as well.

Lately been listening to a lot of Dizzee Rascal.

My rotation looks like this:

Behemoth - Zos Kia Cultus
Disturbed - The Sickness
...
...
...

Starting to get old. Can anyone recommend something with the intensity, drive, and simplicity of Disturbed?

I went online and downloaded every "workout" sounding Ministry of Sound album I could find. Been doing pretty well with it so far.

Sure is a lot of bullshit in here.

Mostly grind or thrash or crossover Black Metal stuff like the new Watain.

Can't ever go wrong with Slayer though.

For me, heavy metal works the best, or may be rap though. I don't listen to rap. Some peeps I know listen to pop music while working out, not sure how that works.
