Humphry Slocombe in San Francisco. I could eat a gallon of the Secret Breakfast ice cream... made with bourbon and crushed corn flakes.

All the tables are Portuguese marble, etc, real luxury. I don't think anything about it has changed since it was built.

Old School Frozen Custard Empire Ice Cream My Seattle picks. Dave's Ice Cream for Hawaii, but generally I just go for shave ice when I'm home

Also, they have/had a seasonal flavor "Saigon Cinnamon" (I have a pint of it in my apartment back in Columbus, as well as their lovely Honey Vanilla Bean, my personal favorite) which was just cinnamon ice cream.
