Shoie- whatever you do DO NOT do an atkins diet (as if us A's could in the 1st place...) No matter what people tell ou about how fast you can lose weight don't do it. One thing you can actually do that works (and I shit you not) is curb your TV watching. If you actually limit the amount of time you sit on the couch to watch TV (what else would you be dojng on the la z boy?) to 1 he MAX/day, you are forced to do other things. Fuck Flavor of Love Mate. This brings me to my next point, and I know I will get some flames for this but whatevs...take up dancing...... Yes, dancing!--swing, hip hop, latin, whatever. Few simple reasons: 1) It KILLS body fat and mixes strength+cardio. 2) There are cute chicks doing it 3) Its cheap at a city college night class and the schedules are usually day job friendly 4) ITs MUCH more interesting (at least to me) than going to a gym and running in palce for 45 min 5) there are cute chicks and chances are, you're pressed up against them

6) Chicks dig dudes that can dance and at some point in your life you WILL (or already had) said to yourself man, I wish I could dance... 7) There are cute chicks. 8) YOu're only 30 now, but when you get old, you'll be able to charm the socks off younger w0menz with your steps. 9) its actually pretty fun..
