Thomas. good thinking. havent thought of this kind of thing. i like your thinking.
..
.
here is a short history of my weight gain/loss:
all through up to 10th grade high school i was a skinny kid. started up weight lifting here as there were some guys in high school who commented i look like a skinny kid with a stick for a neck and a bobble head
was still slender throughout high school but got bigger due to weightlifting.
freshman in college. got lazy. stopped lifting weights. didnt do anything but eat and drink. got fat.
second year in college and throughout. sick of being fat and flabby i started working out again. i wanted to look good to the college girls so i made that a motivation. all through college i basically maintained a slim but working out profile.
after college during 20s. off and on. some summers i got really skinny. some winters i got a bit of flab.
but maintained generally a slim profile look.
late 20s. got some fat. but i was still working out so i was like muscle but fat.
30 year old. dated my wife. was really slim and nice in the beginning but throughout my courtship and on into marriage i got really bloated fat ugly dam shame.
was real fat for the next 4 years. 210lbs and over.
2007: i got laid off for a period of 6 months. so i did nothing but diet and go work out. got svelte again through 2008 summer.
2008-2009 desk job catching up to me.
no more college girl motivation. no more laid off no work motivation. .
but now i need some other form or extraneous motivation so Thomas' idea is very creative
