count your calories, if you are looking for simple weight loss.
drink only water, be it sparkling or still.
cut out carbs completely from your diet.
eat less meat change most of meat or carb consumption with light fruits and vegetables.

thanks man. i know what meals/foods and the amounts to eat. and i know good exercise routines. the key is (hardest part) is to actually do them. stick with them.
