I had a hard time with the adjectives in this title. I don't really know how to describe this other than that the guy is amazingly awesome in many respects.

I don't think that he is observant - he's probably more unobservant, otherwise he wouldn't have run across the road when a speeding bus was driving at him! I just think that he is insanely lucky or possessed of extraordinarly good timing.

It's a bus in Perm' that couldn't stop or slow down, aparently the breaks got stuck. It destroyed like 20 cars and hurt 3 people when it rammed up the stairs which stopped it.

You could see him speed up in the middle of the cross-walk. I'm 26 and athletic but I think I would have faltered for a second and been nailed - he didn't think twice, he immediately increased his pace and made it across in time.
