This is a long-shot I know, but I'm looking for the APC chambray shirt context have (not the military-style one with epaulets, the other one) in XS. See here for reference: http://www.contextclothing.com/item.php?id=1022.
I imagine anyone who has one will be holding onto it (looks like a lovely shirt) and the XS's were probably a tiny run to begin with, but I'll stay hopeful for now.
I'm also open to suggestions for similar shirts in a similar size, although I haven't seen anything I like quite as much, probably because I want more versatility than the full-on workwear-style chambrays I see most of the time.
