I'm guessing every male has this minor problem that wears fitted jeans. What's the best way to deal with them?

You mean it doesn't arouse you?

I get that problem when I wear over the calf socks. I know of no solution.

Wearing a different type of underwear might help. If you're not wearing underwear, that's probably part of the problem. Taking the jeans off when you're home alone would help. Antinflammatory medication might help. If you're in need of antibiotics for the presumed folliculitis, your jeans are too tight.

Change laundry detergent and/or fabric softener.

That might help. So might making sure the clothes are rinsed adequately.

Boxers that cover most of your thighs.

Stop agitating them, that's how revolutions start.

Or change your detergent.
