Ad Hoc at Home (Keller's new book)

Has anyone else picked this up? It was released a few days ago.

It's very true to it's subtitle of "family-style recipes" and the Ad Hoc style. Just about all of the recipes are very easy to do (no fancy equipment needed either), and the book does not have any ingredients that you wouldn't be able to find at any half way decent grocery store.

I thought it was supposed to come out early November? If it is has been released already, you have made me happy. I was planning on picking up this and Momofuku in the coming weeks.

Bouchon is already fairly simple. I wonder what a more dumbed-down version of that could look like and if that could possibly have inspiring recipes.

Yeah, that was the original date (apparently) and I was surprised to see it at B&N this weekend.

If there was a difference between the two, I would say Bouchon is more bistro style than home style. After going through the book a couple times now, I think hardcore foodies are not going to like it due to the simplicity of the recipes. Keller does add some personal insights and tricks to the book though, which are interesting to learn about.
