Recommend a trimmer/groomer?

My Norelco G250 won't charge anymore, so I'm in the market for a groomer/trimmer. I'm clean shaven and plan to stay that way, not particularly hirsute but getting older so hair is appearing in new places (ears). Here are the functions I seek:

Trimmer for nose and ear hair.

Flat cutter for neatening up the sideburns that creep southward in between haircuts, as well as the two patches on the sides of the neck that get shaved when I get a haircut but look sloppy when they start growing back in.

Depth guard on that flat cutter for trimming eyebrows.

I don't need something super heavy-duty, as I'm not planning to be trimming acres of beard on a daily basis. Budget is a consideration, but I'm willing to spend more for a quality product. Please enlighten me.

I did a bit of research on this and I have always gotten remington for this and it has been great to use. The MB 200 I think was the model number or something close to that. If you go to Target they have them there.
